Orders are shipped within 2 – 3 business days of your order being placed and are sent via Australia Post or nominated courier services. Delivery times are subject to the delivery company. Once dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number for delivery.
Once your package has left Crimsafe's premises we cannot be held liable for the condition in which your package arrives to you. Should you be unsatisfied with your delivery upon arrival, please contact us at marketing@crimsafe.com.au. Should your package be damaged during transit or lost, Crimsafe reserves the right to lodge an investigation with the delivery company directly, or on your behalf. Upon the outcome of the investigation, we will advise you of the next steps and, at our discretion, we will arrange for another replacement to be sent to you. Please note, you may be required to send back your original purchase at your expense should you wish to receive a refund or replacement.
