Orders are shipped within 2 – 3 business days of your order being placed and are sent via Australia Post or nominated courier services. Delivery times are subject to the delivery company. Once dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number for delivery.
Once your package has left Crimsafe's premises we cannot be held liable for the condition in which your package arrives to you. Should you be unsatisfied with your delivery upon arrival, please contact us at marketing@crimsafe.com.au. Should your package be damaged during transit or lost, Crimsafe reserves the right to lodge an investigation with the delivery company directly, or on your behalf. Upon the outcome of the investigation, we will advise you of the next steps and, at our discretion, we will arrange for another replacement to be sent to you. Please note, you may be required to send back your original purchase at your expense should you wish to receive a refund or replacement.

I bought the portable safe as a gift for my daughter. She takes her baby to swim classes and needs to leave her belongings in the pram next to the pool. There has been a spate of robberies where bags are snatched from prams or benches, then cars stolen from the pool carpark with keys taken from the bags. My daughter can lock her phone, keys etc in the safe, which then locks to the pram. With a blanket over it in the base of the pram, no one even knows it's there. Brilliant! She feels safe and can concentrate on looking after baby in the pool!

Purchased the crimsafe screen cleaner wow what a difference this cleaning product made it has always been a chore cleaning our several crimsafe security doors now it’s a breeze .

A keyed option would be great. My mother is 90 years old and has problems opening the safe, otherwise a very good product. Thank you.

Very happy with the solid construction and the ability to secure it in the car or van.
Excellent bit of kit - very happy. One potential refinement. A pressure equalisation valve. During a long flight, I think the air pressure inside equalised with cabin pressure but on descent, the increasing pressure squeezed the seal tighter so the pressure inside ended up less than ambient = very difficult to open box first time back at sea level.

We bought this to take on an international trip to keep passports & a few other bits n pieces secure. Wasn’t too heavy to have in checked luggage or carryon. Easy to attach to things.
