Orders are shipped within 2 – 3 business days of your order being placed and are sent via Australia Post or nominated courier services. Delivery times are subject to the delivery company. Once dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number for delivery.

Once your package has left Crimsafe's premises we cannot be held liable for the condition in which your package arrives to you. Should your package be damaged during transit or lost, Crimsafe reserves the right to lodge an investigation with the delivery company directly, or on your behalf. Excellent product - terrible delivery !!

Very happy with my purchase, however delivery was an issue - delivery date was several weeks and then courier tried to deliver - we weren’t home, I received an email telling me that card was left re organising redelivery (couldn’t find this so called card) - received another email with a box to click to arrange redelivery - this didn’t work !!
After another week I rang Crimsafe and lady was going to organise another key safe to be sent via Australia Post - lo and behold the courier delivered later that day and left parcel in pot on verandah as directed !! Think you really need to hire a more competent courier company.
