Looks great, very solid and easy to install. There is enough room inside that I needed for a key and garage door remote.
Thanks for the great feedback! I’m glad to hear you found the lock box solid and easy to install. It’s great that the size worked well for both your key and garage door remote—that extra space can make a big difference.
Nothing to dislike, great product, perfect for locking keys away with no hassle.
I love these lock boxes for keys 🔑, My mum had one many decades ago and it was a life saver, literally. I finally organised to get one and it’s fantastic and a relief to know that if needs be people can enter, including me! Easy to mount, easy to use. No more chasing family and friends for keys 🔑.

Crimsafe Wall Mount Lock Box
Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear you’re happy with the Crimsafe Wall Mount Lock Box.
No actual installation guide. Length and gauge of screws are weak. Expected better quality from Crimsafe. No better then a $20 Bunnings lockbox.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback Kim. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
We appreciate your comments regarding mounting instructions and hardware supplied. Your feedback has been noted, and we will be reviewing the inclusion of mounting guidance to assist customers during installation. We will also pass on your comments regarding screw length and gauge to our product and technical teams for further consideration.

Perfect for what we needed.
Thank you for your feedback and 5 stars! We’re glad the Mount lock box was exactly what you needed.
After following all instructions and installing the Lock Box on the wall we tested the lock box by changing the numbers. It is quite hard to move the dials, but even when we got them all to line up it would not lock. Alot of wasted time looking at tutorial videos and instructions. We ended up ripping it off the wall and chucking it out, and purchased another brand which is working well.
We’re sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with the lock box you purchased. We’d be happy to provide a full refund if you’re able to return the item. Hopefully, it hasn't been bin day yet. Please let us know once you’ve got it, and we’ll make the refund process as easy as possible.
Very nice.

Thanks for the 5 stars Ray Devine! We are glad to hear your Wall Mount Lock Box looks great on your wall.
Very happy with my purchase, however delivery was an issue - delivery date was several weeks and then courier tried to deliver - we weren’t home, I received an email telling me that card was left re organising redelivery (couldn’t find this so called card) - received another email with a box to click to arrange redelivery - this didn’t work !!
After another week I rang Crimsafe and lady was going to organise another key safe to be sent via Australia Post - lo and behold the courier delivered later that day and left parcel in pot on verandah as directed !! Think you really need to hire a more competent courier company.
Hi Wendy, I wanted to extend our apologies for the issues you experienced with the courier service. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Rest assured, we will pass your feedback on to the Couriers Please team to help improve their service.
On a brighter note, we’re thrilled to hear that your Lock Box has finally arrived and that you’re happy with the product! Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re glad it all worked out in the end.
