We offer flat-rate shipping to all Australian states. Prices are as follows:

  • $15 Standard 

  • $20 Express

Orders are shipped within 2 – 3 business days of your order being placed and are sent via Australia Post or nominated courier services. Delivery times are subject to the delivery company. Once dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number for delivery.

Once your package has left Crimsafe's premises we cannot be held liable for the condition in which your package arrives to you. Should you be unsatisfied with your delivery upon arrival, please contact us at marketing@crimsafe.com.au. Should your package be damaged during transit or lost, Crimsafe reserves the right to lodge an investigation with the delivery company directly, or on your behalf. Upon the outcome of the investigation, we will advise you of the next steps and, at our discretion, we will arrange for another replacement to be sent to you. Please note, you may be required to send back your original purchase at your expense should you wish to receive a refund or replacement.

Good product - poor testing

One of the four did not work.

Hi Paul, we are sorry to hear that one of your Crimsafe Smart Tags did not work. We will email you a return label so we can investigate why this could have happened. When we receive the faulty tag we can send a replacement.

Great product

bought these as we are doing a trip in a van and wanted to keep some things tagged i.e keys, lock safe with passports etc. these are great and work really well.

Didn’t last 1 month

Ought a set of these to keep tracking of some vehicles at home. 1 has already stopped working a month after receiving item.

Great lower cost additional measure of protection for your items.

The idea is great. Seems to work well. Item feels well-made and easy to set up. I would say if you needed 24 hour live tracking in any area then this might not be the product you want, but if you're looking for a layer of protection with tracking via the apple network then it's great. Ordering was easy and delivery fast.

Don't waste your money
Lucky to find tag every couple of hours

Hi Michael, we are sorry to hear he Crimsafe Smart Tag is not what you expected. The Crimsafe Smart Tag is not a GPS device. Instead, it uses Bluetooth and Apple’s Find My network to help you locate your items. The tag sends out a Bluetooth signal that can be detected by your Apple device or by other Apple devices nearby, which then update the tag’s location in your Find My app.
