Orders are shipped within 2 – 3 business days of your order being placed and are sent via Australia Post or nominated courier services. Delivery times are subject to the delivery company. Once dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number for delivery.
Once your package has left Crimsafe's premises we cannot be held liable for the condition in which your package arrives to you. Should you be unsatisfied with your delivery upon arrival, please contact us at marketing@crimsafe.com.au. Should your package be damaged during transit or lost, Crimsafe reserves the right to lodge an investigation with the delivery company directly, or on your behalf. Upon the outcome of the investigation, we will advise you of the next steps and, at our discretion, we will arrange for another replacement to be sent to you. Please note, you may be required to send back your original purchase at your expense should you wish to receive a refund or replacement.
Does not track anything out of your house, so even if you put 1 in your car and it got stolen it wouldn’t even show the location. More like a bell if you loose your keys or wallet in the lounge room you ring the tracker and beeps, title of product is incorrect and DOES not track anything out of reach of your iPhone

It sends out a Bluetooth signal that can be detected by nearby Apple or Android devices. Those devices then help update the tag’s location in the Find My or Google Hub app.. We appreciate you sharing these details, as clear product information matters.
Doesnt tell you where it js live for some reasson
Hi Joelene, The Crimsafe Smart Tag is not a GPS device. Instead, it uses Bluetooth and the Apple 'Find My' network. This means it sends out a Bluetooth signal that can be detected by Apple devices nearby, which help update its location in the Find My app. It does not track items with GPS in real time.
I am very happy with the tracker and is very accurate.

They don't work very well. I've already sent one lot back and the second lot also doesn't pick up the tags on Find My App on Iphone….

Is there a range limit or can u locate it where Eva it is
Great question! Smart Tags work by sending out a Bluetooth signal, which is picked up by your own Apple device or, if out of range, by other nearby Apple devices. The tag's location is updated in your Find My app, showing you where the tag is on a map.
As for the distance: The operating range depends on Bluetooth, which typically works best up to about 30 meters (around 100 feet) in open spaces. However, the power of Apple’s Find My network means you can track your tag much farther—if it’s picked up by any device in the network, its location will update for you.
