Orders are shipped within 2 – 3 business days of your order being placed and are sent via Australia Post or nominated courier services. Delivery times are subject to the delivery company. Once dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number for delivery.
Once your package has left Crimsafe's premises we cannot be held liable for the condition in which your package arrives to you. Should you be unsatisfied with your delivery upon arrival, please contact us at marketing@crimsafe.com.au. Should your package be damaged during transit or lost, Crimsafe reserves the right to lodge an investigation with the delivery company directly, or on your behalf. Upon the outcome of the investigation, we will advise you of the next steps and, at our discretion, we will arrange for another replacement to be sent to you. Please note, you may be required to send back your original purchase at your expense should you wish to receive a refund or replacement.
I used the Crimsafe Anti-Theft Backpack while travelling through Greece and Turkey and felt very comfortable knowing that my passports, cash, phone and other valuables were protected, especially in busy and crowded areas.
The RFID protection gave me extra peace of mind, and the hidden rear zip was really useful as it made the main compartment much harder for pickpockets to access. I particularly appreciated this in busy airports, on public transport and while walking around crowded cities and tourist areas.
The backpack was also very comfortable and easy to carry, even during long flights and full days of sightseeing. It was great for day trips and held my tablet securely, along with everything else I needed.
Overall, it gave me a real sense of security without compromising on comfort or convenience. It was reassuring to know my valuables were protected while exploring Greece and Turkey.

This is a very good bag for my daughter who has been having issues with her bullys at high school damaging her bag. Along with the features it has this is a very good bag. 10/10.

I just ordered and got mine quickly. I was looking for a few months for a reasonably priced backpack for work to carry my laptop and lunch. Some backpacks like Samsonite are really expensive.
I get back pain so good quality straps were important. I tested it yesterday on the train and it was super comfortable to wear. I was surprised how good the hidden strap was on the back compartment - it would be hard to pick pocket. Thanks Crimsafe!
